Sandra Lau-Mui

Sandra has been a Yoga practictioner for 25 years. She stumbled on it as a college student to fulfill a credit for gym class and has not looked back in regret. Yoga for Sandra is truly an excellent way to deal with anxiety and stress of the mind. As well, it can release tension and build up of inflammation in the body.

Sandra gained a lot of experience with people after a successful career in the corporate industry as a Process and Change Management Consultant. As a way to handle the burn out that the stress of a very high paced career brought forth, she took the leap of faith in 2014 to have a dedicated practice to Wellness and focus on her yoga full time. Sandra specializes in Power Vinyasa Flow, Yin (Restorative) Yoga and Meditation.

Sandra’s Yoga philosophy: My journey with Yoga has been personal and unique. It is my lifeline, as it slows everything down and presents me with the opportunity to peel away the layers (fears, doubts, anxiety, judgements, never ending to do’s and expectations on myself). Every time I have build up or experience the pile of chaos, life’s everyday ebbs and flows, my yoga practice brings me to my refuge and a place to calm the mind.

Classes offered: Vinyasa Flow, Slow Vinyasa Flow and Restorative Yoga
