This class is a Vinyasa Flow class. Breath-work and Sound are also powerful transformational tools used in this class, connecting the student to ones own sound and inner healer. This class allows for the student to connect deeper into to the breath and into the postures This class is a combination of different modalities (yoga, breath and sound) that Lakshmi has learned over her twenty years plus of studying yoga. It works on the electromagnetic field, the energy body and the physical body. Come as you are! (Open to all levels)
